When energy is shifting around you, the unease you feel may not be about something inside you. The response you need may be to rebalance your energy within a new energy that is coming from outside you. Take an inventory of what unsettles you today. If, for example, you are around angry people, look at how their anger affects you. Find a way to be around that anger but keep a sense of peace. In that way you rebalance. A keen sensitivity to how our outside environment affects us within, allows us to have sensor for when we need to rebalance our own energy.
